室性早搏的治疗误区

Misunderstanding in Treatment of Ventricular Extrasystole

室性早搏是临床最常见的心律失常，但并非都是器质性心脏病所致。对于既无症状又有无预后意义的良性早搏，无需抗心律失常药，更不宜做射频消融治疗；对于器质性心脏病所致的室性早搏，应针对基础心脏病进行纠正和预防，而不是针对早搏本身治疗；单纯使用Ⅰ类抗心律失常药物，将促使其预后恶化。

Ventricular extrasystole is the most common arrthymia encountered in clinical practice. Not all of them are related with organic heart diseases. For the cases with benign extrasystole, which bring about neither symptoms nor any negative impact on the patients prognosis, it is unnecessary to prescribe antiarrythmic, still less necessary to perform radiofrequency albation on the cases. For ventricular extrasystole due to organic cardiopathy, interventions should be directed against the etiological rather than against extrasystole itself. In this situation, only administration of type I antiarrythmic would worsen the patients' prognosis.
