多孔陶瓷负载TiO_2光催化剂降解亚甲基蓝 被引量:3

DEGRADATION OF METHYLENE BLUE BY USING TiO_2 PHOTOCATALYST COATED ON POROUS CERAMICS

摘要 以多孔轻质陶瓷作为TiO_2催化剂载体,采用溶胶凝胶方法制备负载型催化剂,比较了不同的煅烧温度条件下TiO_2的晶形变化情况,并将这些催化剂用来降解亚甲基蓝,以比较它们的降解活性。研究结果证明,随着煅烧温度的升高,部分锐钛矿会转变为金红石,从而降低了TiO_2催化剂的活性。紫外照射TiO_2催化剂比自然光照射时,其活性更高。 TiO_2 was coated on porous ceramics by sol-gel method to prepare load type TiO_2 photocatalyst. It was compared that crystal form of TiO_2 changes under different calcination temperature.These catalysts were respectively used for degradation of methylene blue in order to compare their activity degrading methylene blue.Experimental results indicated that part anatase was transferred into rutile with increasing of temperature, which decreased TiO_2 catalytic activity.Compared with natural light,UV light had higher catalytic activity.
