The Palace Workshop,as the unique institution in the court of the Qing dynasty,was to produce the crafts especially for the court itself.It played a decisive role in the artistic development of porcelain from the imperial kiln factory.Many of its subordinate departments exerted a variety of effects to the ceramic arts so that the arts of the porcelain from the imperial kiln factory presented fully the court aesthetic features.
