摘要
风洞试验中模型的变形量与空间姿态角是非常重要的参数,变形量可用于CFD修正,而模型姿态角的准确度直接影响到试验数据的质量和特性。为了准确获取这些参数,介绍了一种基于三线阵CCD交汇原理的光学测量设备——Optotrak系统,以及应用该系统开展的测量试验技术。通过在沿翼展方向的多个剖面上安装Marker点,获取模型在不同风速下的变形量;并采用计算向量夹角的方法测量模型姿态角。试验结果表明:该系统取得了良好的应用效果,变形量数据曲线趋势合理,姿态角数据测量准确度达到0.004°。
Model deformation and attitude angle are very important parameters in wind tunnel test. The deformation data can be used for CFD correction, and the accuracy of attitude angle affects quality and characteristic of test data. In order to get the test parameters. A kind of optical measurement device based on three- line array CCDs--Optotrak system, and the measurement technology by the system is introduced. Deformation datas with different velocities are obtained, by installing Markers on several aerofoils, and the attitude angle is measured by vector calculation. The test result shows that the system realize good application effect, deformation data curve is resonable, and the measurement accuracy of attitude angle data achieves 0. 004°.
