矿井巷道无线传感器网络监测下位机系统设计

摘要 针对目前矿井环境参数监测采用有线通信存在的布线结构复杂、数据采集点固定和容易出现监测盲区的问题。根据矿井巷道环境特点,提出了一种采用Zig Bee技术的适用于煤矿巷道多参数采集的无线传感器网络监测下位机系统设计方案。首先利用多种传感器,通过无线传感器网络实现对井下环境和生产参数的实时监测和智能预警;其次采用Zig Bee通信协议和硬件模块化,实现了传感器的灵活添加;最后采用二级看门狗设计系统保护模块,增强硬件系统的可靠性和稳定性。仿真结果表明:该设计最大无线传输距离为110 m,有障碍情况下最低传输距离60 m,且传输误码率低;对矿井内瓦斯等参数的监测误差小,具有良好的可行性和稳定性。 Aiming at the problems caused by environmental parameters monitoring in mine with wired communication currently, in order to improve the matters of complex wiring structure, fixed monitoring stations and monitor blind spots,a design scheme of wireless sensor networks monitoring lower computer system with Zig Bee technology is proposed for coal mine tunnel multi-parameter acquisition according to environmental characteristics of the mine tunnel. Multiple sensors are used, through wireless sensor networks to realize real-time monitoring and intelligently early warning of the underground environment and production parameters. Zig Bee communication protocol and hardware modularity are used. The sensors can be flexibly added. System protection module is designed with two-level watchdog to enhance the reliability and stability of the hardware system. Simulation results show that the design's longest wireless transmission distance is 110 m,the lowest transmission distance is 60 m when there are obstacles ,and its transmission error code rate is low. The monitoring error on parameters such as gas in the mine is small, and the system has good viability and stability.
