DNA甲基化与心力衰竭 被引量:1

摘要 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是危害人类健康的一类重要疾病,可明显缩短寿命、降低患者生活质量。虽然药物治疗可缓解患者症状,延长患者生命,但其发病率和病死率仍然居高不下。因此,探究心衰的分子机制及特异性治疗措施已成为当今研究热点,尤其是心衰表观遗传学改变的研究越来越受到重视,其中DNA甲基化备受关注。
