P53、Ki-67在不同级别胶质瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同级别胶质瘤中P53和Ki-67的表达情况,进而分析它们在胶质瘤恶性变及发生、发展中的关系。方法将42例胶质瘤标本依据WHO 2000神经外科肿瘤分类标准进行分类,分为低级别组和高级别组,按照免疫组化方法即SP二步法对胶质瘤标本及10例正常脑组织标本进行P53和Ki-67的表达情况的检测。结果 P53及Ki-67的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 P53和Ki-67的表达情况可以作为评价胶质瘤恶性程度的生物学指标。
