碳酸钙泡腾颗粒在大鼠体内的吸收利用

THE EXPERIMENTAL ON ABSORPTION AND UTILIZATION OF CALCIUM EFFERVESCENT GRANULES IN RATS.

以低钙饲料喂养大鼠10 天, 用活性钙胶囊作对照, 做三天碳酸钙泡腾颗粒在大鼠体内的钙平衡代谢试验。结果:活性钙胶囊组、碳酸钙泡腾颗粒组钙平衡值分别为110.7±19.9m g,145.4±9.2m g,吸收率(×10- 2 )分别为65.4±10.2,85.6±6.6, 钙储留率 (×10- 2 ) 分别为92.7±3.5, 93.2±3.0。结果表明: 活性钙胶囊、碳酸钙泡腾颗粒的恰当运用, 都可达到补钙的目的,

Using basic food(low calcium meal) were fed to weanling rats for 10 days.The active calcium capsules were used in contrast to calcium carbonate effervescent granules,and 3 days calcium metebolism tests were done.The calcium balance value in active calcium group and calcium carbonate effervescent granules group were:110 7±19 9mg and 145 4±9 2mg respectively;the calcium absorption rates(×10 -2 ) were:65 4±10 2,85 6±6 6;the calcium retention rates(×10 -2 ) were:92 7±3 5,93 2±3 0.These findings indicated that both the active calcium capsules and calcium cabonate effervescent granules have the evident action of supplement calcium and calcium cabonate effervesent granules group is better than active calcium group on absorption and utilization of calcium.
