摘要
分别对日本(10μg/剂)、美国Merk (5μg/剂) 生产的酵母乙肝基因工程疫苗和法国(20μg/剂) 生产的地鼠卵巢细胞乙肝基因工程疫苗阻断HBV 母婴传播效果进行研究,各组观察时间≥9个月者分别为62、18 例和24 例。其免疫保护率分别为89.2% 、93.8% 、53.7% ;T9 和T12抗-HBs阳转率及抗体水平达高峰,分别为87.5% 、88.2% 、68.4% 和213.7m IU、173.4m IU、379.3m IU,结果显示进口酵母乙肝基因疫苗阻断HBV母婴传播效果较CHO苗好;
One hundred and four infants born from HBsAg and HBeAg both positive mother vaccinated with 2 bathes yeast recombinant hepatitis B vaccines(1 bath from Japan,10μg/dose;1 bath from Merck,5μg/dose) and 1 bath Chinese hamster ovary cell recombinant hepatitis B vaccine(20μg/dose,from Paster),at 0,1,6 months.All the babies were followed up from 9 to 24 months.The results showed that the protective rates were 98 2%,93 7% and 53 7%,respectively.The positive rates of anti HBs were 87 5%,88 2% and 68 4%,respectively.The initial results revealed high protective rates of the yeast recombinant vaccine.But it was also demonstrated that the protective efficacy of vaccines was not correlated with the geometric mean titers of anti HBs.
