探讨控制苎麻混纺纱毛羽的措施。分析了苎麻混纺纱毛羽的形态及影响毛羽产生的因素。生产中,正确选用苎麻原料及预处理工艺,合理配置各工序加工工艺,加强设备的维护保养和运转清洁,严格控制车间温湿度,最终较大幅度地降低了苎麻混纺纱的毛羽。认为:通过采取相关工艺措施,可以较好地控制苎麻混纺纱的毛羽。

Measures of control ramie blended yarn hairiness were discussed. Forms of ramie blended yarn hairiness were analyzed as well as factors causing hairiness. In production,ramie raw material and pretreatment were selected correctly. Processing in each process was set rationally. Equipment maintenance and operation cleaning were strengthened. Temperature ＆ humidity in workshop were controlled strictly,finally ramie blended yarn hairiness were reduced greatly. It is considered that ramie blended yarn hairiness can be controlled well through adopting related measures.
