摘要
探讨降低Viloft纤维赛络纺14.8 tex纱断头率的工艺措施。分析了造成Viloft纤维赛络纺细纱断头率的原因。针对Viloft纤维的特点,在前纺各工序采取相应的工艺技术措施以改善半制品条干和结构不匀,并对细纱牵伸及卷绕工艺参数进行优选,实现了Viloft纤维赛络纺14.8 tex细纱千锭时断头率在8根以内的效果。认为:通过采取相关工艺措施,并认真做好设备、运转操作及温湿度等工作,可以较好地控制细纱断头率。
Processing measures of reducing Viloft 14.8 tex siro yarn breakage rate were discussed. Causes of Viloft siro spinning yarn breakage rate were analyzed. According to Viloft fiber property, in fore-spinning related processing technology was adopted to improve semi product evenness and structural unevenness, spinning draft and winding processing were optimized. Finally effect of 8 broken ends per 1 000 spindles for Viloft 14.8 rex siro spinning yarn can he realized. It is considered that spinning breakage rate can be controlled well through adopting related processing measures, setting equipment,operations and temperature & humidity well.
