摘要
分析了大采高液压支架的结构、受力和稳定性之间的关系,以ZY17000/32/70型掩护式液压支架为例,使用三维建模软件对其进行结构简化,应用有限元分析软件对其进行分析。分析结果可为大采高支架结构设计提供理论参考。
Relationship among the structure, stress and stability of the hydraulic support with large mining height is analyzed. In addition, the structure of ZY 17000/32/70 shield hydraulic support is simplified with 3D modeling software, and FEA software is used to carry out analysis. The analysis results offer theoretical references for the structural design of the support with large mining height.
