装载机液压测试系统的开发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 装载机液压系统实时消耗发动机的功率,对传动系统部件优化匹配影响较大。在选定压力传感器和数据采集卡后,对压力传感器进行标定,开发了装载机液压测试系统。按照给定的测试方案,对试验用装载机的工作泵与转向泵出油口处的压力进行了实机测试,并对测试波形进行了分析。 The hydraulic system of the loader continuously consumes the engine power, which has great influence on its optimization matching of the components of the transmission system. After the pressure sensor and the data acquisition card being determined, the pressure sensor is calibrated, and the hydraulic test system for the loader is developed. According to given testing scheme, a test to measure the pressure at the outlet of the working pump and the steering pump is carried out, and the testing waveforms are analyzed.
