摘要
在立井箕斗定重装载系统中,由于大纯滞后的影响,导致实际装煤质量与系统设定质量值存在差异不一致的问题,利用最小二乘法理论对其装载过程进行递推采样控制,通过试验验证,该控制方法可靠,有利于提高系统的装载精度,满足了定重装载的要求。
In the shaft skip fixed-weight loading system, the large and pure time-delay brings about the difference between actual coal loading amount and amount set by system. Least square method is used to carry out recursive sampling control for the loading process. Test shows that the control method is reliable and beneficial to the improvement of the loading precision. The method meets the requirement of fixed-weight loading.
