摘要
详细分析了大型锥面车削加工时刀具的路径规律,通过手工编程与自动编程相结合,采用点到点加工的编程方法,编制了粗、精车加工程序,解决了车刀刀尖运行轨迹非径向,偏离工件回转中心以及车削加工大型锥面的问题,拓宽了现有机床的应用范围。
The trajectory laws of cutter while turning large-scale pyramidal faces are analyzed. Through the combination of manual programming and automatic programming, rough turning and finish turning are programmed by method of point-to-point machining. Thus, the non-radial deviation of trajectory of the cutter nose from the gyration center of the workpiece during large-scale pyramidal faces turning process is overcome, which enlarges the application range of current machine tools.
