扶正抑瘤方汤剂与配方颗粒剂增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能对比研究

Comparative Study on Macrophage Phagocytic Function of Mice Enhanced by Decoction and dispensing granules of Fuzheng Yiliu Formula

目的:观察扶正抑瘤方汤剂与配方颗粒剂对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,为临床应用配方颗粒剂提供依据。方法:给予小鼠灌胃扶正抑瘤方汤剂和配方颗粒剂,10天后进行腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验,测定吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。结果:促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能作用强度汤剂组和配方颗粒剂组与正常组比较有显著性差异(P﹤0.05),而汤剂组与配方颗粒剂组比较无统计学差异。结论:扶正抑瘤方配方颗粒剂有增强细胞免疫功能,促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用,与汤剂效果相同。

Objective：To observe the effects of The prescription of FuZheng YiLiu decoctions and dispensing granule on chicken red blood cells（CRBC） swallowed function of macrophage in mice. Methods：The mice were administered by oral gavage withdecoctions and dispensing granule for ten days, then did the test of peritoneal macrophage to eat CRBC, phagoeytosis percentage and phagocytic index of macrophage were calculated. Result：There was significant differencecompare normal group with decoctions and dispensing granule, and there was not significant difference betweenthe groups of traditional decoctions and dispensing granule. Conclusion：The dispensing granule has the same effect with decoctions in enhancing swallowed function of macrophage.
