针灸治疗不安腿综合征21例观察

Observation on 21 Cases of Restless legs syndrome Treated by Acupuncture

目的:观察针灸治疗不安腿综合征的临床疗效。方法:41例随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例,治疗组用针刺提插平补平泻配合艾灸治疗,对照组用美多芭治疗,2个月后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组90.5%、对照组75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗不安腿综合征疗效显著。

Objective To observe the acupuncture treatment restless leg syndrome of the clinical effect. Methods ： Forty - one subjects were randomly divided into tow groups ： treatment group in which 21 cases were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and control group in which 20 cases were treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Results：the acupuncture treatment has satisfied with effect, efficient 90.5% ,it is more effective than the therapy in western medicine （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： It is significant curative effective that acupuncture and moxibustion treated restless leg syndrome.
