手术治疗耳廓假性囊肿21例临床分析

Clinic analysis of 21 surgery of auricular pseudocyst cases.

目的探讨耳廓假性囊肿的病因,分析手术治疗的效果、术中注意事项及并发症等,以便为临床提供可靠的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析1990—2011年在我科行手术治疗的21例耳廓假性囊肿患者的临床疗效及并发症。结果 21例患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,其中15例伤口在术后7天拆线愈合、6例伤口在术后10天拆线愈合;无耳廓增厚畸形及伤口感染致化脓性耳软骨膜炎发生。结论耳廓假性囊肿可能系耳软骨膜分泌增多或回流(或吸收)障碍致积液所产生的囊肿;手术治疗可在早期保守治疗无效或中晚期进行,术式简便易行、疗程短、疗效好,但需注意无菌操作及术后换药的消毒。

Objective To investigate the cause of auricular pseudocyst,the efficacy of surgery,intraoperative considerations and complications and supply a reliable method for clinical treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis effects and complications of 21 auricular pseudocyst cases in our department from 1990 to 2011. Results 21 patients were in healing wound,of which wound healing stitches in 7 days（n=15） ,10 days （n=6）. No abnormal thickening of the ear and suppurative ear perichondritis occurred due to wound infection. Conclusions Auricular pseudocyst could be occurred by increasing secretion of the ear cartilage or decreasing of returning flow（or absorption）, Surgery might be carried out when ineffective in the early conservative treatment or mid-term and late-term with simple procedures, short course, better effect. But it should be paid attention to aseptic technique and disinfection after dressing.
