医师对临床药学服务的态度及其影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Study on Physician's Attitudes toward Clinical Pharmaceutical Care and Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解当前医师对医院开展临床药学服务的态度,并为临床药学服务的发展提供实证依据。方法:运用便利抽样法对南京市二级以上的医院医师进行问卷调查。通过描述性统计分析、探索性因子分析和Logistic回归分析等方法分析受访医师对临床药学服务的态度及其影响因素。结果:回收有效问卷209份,回收有效率为83.6%,73.2%的受访医师赞同开展临床药学服务。性别、所在医院的类型、学历与学位、在日常工作中因合理用药问题与药师接触的频率和医院的等级是影响医师支持程度的主要因素。结论:临床药学服务能获得大部分受访医师的支持,但对授予临床药师独立医疗决策权的支持程度较低。应采取一系列针对性措施逐步建立医师与临床药师之间的职业协作关系。

To evaluate physician＇s attitudes toward the development of clinical pharmaceutical care （PC） in hos- pital and to provide empirical evidence for implementation of PC. METHODS： A questionnaire survey was sent to a convenience sample of physicians practicing in the above secondary hospital of Nanjing city. The physicians＇ attitudes and related influencing factors were explored by methods of descriptive statistics, factor analysis and Logistic regression. RESULTS： 209 questionnaires were returned. Recovery efficiency was 83.6%. Most physicians （73.2%）supported the pharmacists provided PC. Gender, type of hospitals, degree, physician-pharmacist communication frequency regarding rational drug use and levels of hospitals had significant influence on physician＇s attitudes toward PC. CONCLUSIONS： The surveyed physicians are more likely to accept PC. However, they have low support on granting clinical pharmacists＇ the independent power of medical decision-making. The managers should adopt aimed measures to develop collaborative working relationships between clinical pharmacists and physicians.
