糖尿病患者定时进餐与胰岛素注射的相关调查研究

Observation of Diabetic Patients with Regular Meals and Insulin Injection

目的:指导糖尿病患者定时进餐,提高胰岛素的注射效率。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对60例糖尿病患者进行调查评估后,采取个别示范、小讲座、公休会等形式对患者进行指导,以提高胰岛素注射效率及患者满意度。结果:患者对定时进餐的重视程度由指导前的25%提高到86.7%;最佳进餐时间得到了93.3%以上患者的认可;95%的患者在等待不超过5min的时间内,均能接受胰岛素的注射;患者对胰岛素注射工作的满意度由26.7%提高到93.3%。结论:加强对糖尿病患者定时进餐重要性的指导,可以提高患者的依从及胰岛素的注射效率。

To guide diabetes patients with regular meals, improve insulin injection efficiency. METHODS：Using self-designed questionnaire in 60 diabetic patients were investigated and evaluated, taking the individual model, lectures, public holidays＇ meeting and other forms of patients for guidance, in order to improve the insulin injection efficiency and patient satisfac- tion. RESULTS： Patients on regular meals seriously by directive before 25% to 86.7% ; the best meal time got more than 93.3% of the patients recognized; 95% of patients waiting for no more than 5 min, all can accept insulin injections in patients on insulin in- jection; Job satisfaction increased from 26.7% to 93.3%. CONCLUSION： To strengthen the importance of diabetic patients with reg- ular meals guide, can improve patients＇ compliance and insulin injection efficiency.
