江苏省医药物流企业人才需求调研

Talent Requirement Research of Pharmaceutical Logistics Enterprises in Jiangsu Province

目的:为促进我国医药物流行业发展提供参考。方法:采用问卷和访谈的方式调研江苏省8家大型医药物流企业人才需求状况,重点了解承担企业医药物流运作流程操作人员的需求状况,并为我国高等职业院校医药物流专业培养提出建议。结果:调查结果显示,江苏省医药物流人才严重缺乏,人才需求较大的岗位有药品仓库管理人员、药品仓库养护人员、药品销售人员等;同时,现有的物流工作人员需尽快提升工作技能,强化职业道德和吃苦耐劳精神。结论:培养医药物流人才应注重培养综合素质,开发、完善相关教学资源,培养物流企业需要的人才,以促进我国医药物流行业发展。

To provide a basis to promote the development of pharmaceutical logistics industry in China. METH- ODS： A questionnaire survey and interviews were used to investigate talent requirement of eight major medical logistics enterprises in Jiangsu province, focused on understanding the operation of medical logistics business processes and the operator＇s demand condi- tions, and provided recommendations for medical logistics professional training of higher vocational schools in China. RESULTS： Results of survey showed a serious shortage of medical logistics talent in Jiangsu province, personnel positions had greater demand for pharmaceutical warehouse management personal, warehouse maintenance personnel, drug sales personnel; at the same time, ex- isting logistics staff need to upgrade job skills as soon as possible, and strengthened professional ethics and hard-working spirit. CONCLUSIONS： Medical logistics personnel training should focus on overall quality of training, development and improvement of relevant teaching resources and talent training logistics companies need and promote the development of pharmaceutical logistics in- dustry in China.
