摘要
目的:观察1.5%的甘氟大米毒饵毒杀褐家鼠效果。方法:用75%甘氟钠盐200g,自配成1.5%的甘氟大米毒饵,现场设置25个观察点,每点放置食皿2个,并分别投放毒饵和无毒大米各40g,观察2周。结果:鼠对毒饵的接受性,前4d的摄食系数为0.93,大于0.5。说明鼠对1.5%甘氟大米毒饵的接受性良好,观察2周后鼠密度由投毒前的79.50%下降到4.80%,灭鼠率为93.90%。结论:1.5%甘氟大米毒饵毒杀褐家鼠效果显著,是目前部队大面积灭鼠较好的一种方法。
Purpose to observe the effectiveness of poison the Rattus norvegicus with glifter rice poisor bait Methods:Use 200g sodium gliftre to make up 1.5% glitfer rice poison bait. Set 25 observation spots in the experimental area,then place on each spot 2food containers,and put in turn 40g poison bait and non-poisonous rice respectively (Continuous observing for 2 weeks. Results ; Rattus norvegicus' acceptance to the poison bait is good; the firsr four days'feeding coefficient is 0. 93(>0. 5),which indicates their good acceptance to the bait. After 2 weeks'observation,the Rattus norvegicus density reduces from 79. 50% before setting the poison to 4. 80% now,and the deratization rate is 93. 90%. Conclusion;The effectiveness of killing Rattus norvegicus with glifter rice poison bait is significant, and it proves to be a good method of wide range rat eradication in the army.
