补骨脂素-β-环糊精包合物的制备和鉴定

Preparation and identification of inclusion complex of psoralen with β- cyclodextrin

目的：制备补骨脂素β环糊精包合物，提高药物的水溶性及稳定性。方法：通过调节溶液ｐＨ 值制备出补骨脂素包合物，并用显微熔点测定、差示扫描量热、紫外光谱和红外光谱等方法加以鉴定。结果：利用补骨脂素的α，β不饱和内酯特性建立了一种制备补骨脂素β环糊精包合物的新方法。结论：包合物在水中的溶解度显著高于补骨脂素单体。

OBJECTIVES:To prepare inclusion complex of psoralen with β cyclodextrin (PCD) in order to improve the drug's water solubility and stability. METHODS:PCD was prepared by adjusting pH and identified by m.p, DSC, UV and IR analysis respectively.RESULTS:A novel mothod was developed for preparing the inclusion complex of psoralen with β cyclodextrin according to psoralen's special property as an α , β unstaturated lactone.CONCLUSION:The water solubility of PCD was dramatically greater than that of psoralen.
