薄层扫描法测定藿贞胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of icariin in Huozhen capsule by TLC scanning

目的：为控制药物的内在质量，对藿贞胶囊中淫羊藿苷进行定量分析。方法：采用薄层扫描法。结果：样品藿贞胶囊中淫羊藿苷的平均含量为５．２４ ｍｇ·ｇ－ １ ，加样回收率平均值为９８．１６％ ，精密度试验：ＲＳＤ％ ＝ １ ．９２％ 。结论：测定方法简单，准确可靠。

OBJECTIVE: Determination of icariin in Huozhen capsule was made for controlling the quality of the preparation. METHOD: Quantitative determination was made by TLC scanning. RESULTS: Average content of icariin in the Houzhen capsule was 5.24 mg/g, the recovery was 98.16%, RSD =1.92%. CONCLUSION: This method is accurate, simple and rapid.
