P16蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

EXPRESSION OF P16 GENE IN BLADDER TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA

目的 探讨Ｐ１６ 基因蛋白表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的相关性。方法 采用免疫组化ＳＰ法检测７５ 例膀胱移行细胞癌组织Ｐ１６ 基因表达。结果 Ｐ１６ 蛋白异常表达率为４１ ．３％ （３１／７５） ，Ｐ１６ 阳性表达率与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期有密切关系（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，与淋巴结及远处转移无关（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论 Ｐ１６ 蛋白的异常表达与膀胱癌的恶性程度、浸润性有关。

Objective The?study?of?correlation?of?p16?protein?expression?with?bladdertransitional cell carcinoma. Methods We used Immunohistochemisty SP method to detecting P16 gene expression in 75 cases of bladder carcinoma.Results Positive expression rate of P16 gene was 41.3%(31/75), P16 gene positive expression rate was related closely to the tumor grade, clinic stage(P<0.05), but was not related to the metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion P16 protein expression might be as a tumor marker for the maligant potential.
