Uncertainty Assessment of Nitrite Measurement in Vomit

目的建立本实验室检测亚硝盐中毒者呕吐物中亚硝酸盐测量不确定度评估方法,以便在中毒事件的实验室诊断中应用。方法以测定方法的定量计算式为基础建立测量不确定度评估的数学模型,以影响测定结果的各环节因素为不确定度分量的来源,通过测量不确定度分量的合成,获得测量不确定度。结果建立了亚硝盐中毒标本的实验室定量检测结果的准确、科学表达的程序。结论给出了中毒者呕吐物中亚硝酸盐测量不确定度评估的示列。评定程序简便易操作、适宜基层检测机构实验室人员应用。

Objective To establish the uncertainty assessment method of laboratory detection on nitrite in the vomit from nitrite poisoning,and further applied in the laboratory diagnosis of poisoning incidents.Methods Mathematical model of uncertainty assessment was established based on the quantitative determination of formula,the factors at various aspects which influenced the determination results as the source of uncertainty components,by measuring the synthesis of uncertainty components,accesses to measurement uncertainty.Results The accurate and scientific expressed program of laboratory nitrite quantitative testing results was established.Conclusion The uncertainty assessment indicated column of nitrite poisoning vomit was given.Assessment procedure is simple and easy to operate,suitable for application of laboratory personnel in basic testing agencies.
