无锡市崇安区女性性工作者性传播疾病分析

Status of STDs Epedemic Among Female Sexual Workers in Chong'an Distric in Wuxi

目的了解不同场所女性性工作者(FSWs)中性传播性疾病的流行现状,探讨高危人群性传播疾病防控措施。方法采用方便抽样方法,对无锡市崇安区辖区内歌舞厅、浴室、洗头房等娱乐场所247名FSWS进行问卷调查、妇科检查、血液和阴道分泌物检测。结果 247名FSWs的性传播疾病总感染率为22.27%,HIV感染率为0,乙肝表面抗原携带率为8.10%,梅毒、淋病、衣原体感染率分别为5.26%8、.91%和4.45%。结论艾滋病在无锡市崇安区娱乐场所的被调查的FSWs中还处于低流行状态,但梅毒、淋病等性病感染率高于本地区2005-2008年平均报告发病率,应高度重视高危人群性传播疾病防治工作。

Objective To understand the status of sexually transmitted diseases（STDs） epidemic among female sexual workers（FSWs）in different places,and explore the strategies of STDs prevention for high-risk population.Methods Totally 247 FSWs from different entertainment places such as pubs and public bathhouses were sellected by convenience sampling to carry out questionnaire survey,and gynecological examination and vaginal secretions test were conducted.Results Among the surveyed 247 FSWs,the total prevalence rate of STDs and gynecologic diseases was 27.97%,HIV possitive rate was 0,the carrying rate of HBVsAg was 8.1%,the infection rate of syphilis,gonorrhea,and Chlamydia were 5.26%、8.91% and 4.45% respectively.Conclusions AIDS is in low endemic situation among FSWs investigation in the community.However,the infection rate of STDs such as syphilis and gonorrhea is significantly increased compared to the infection rate of the community in year 2005-2008.High attention should be paid to the prevention and control of STDs in high-risk population.
