摘要
目的 研究剧烈运动后大鼠血浆抗坏血酸浓度的变化及其机制。方法 运动实验采用跑台运动;抗坏血酸和维生素E的测定用带电化学检测器的高效液相色谱仪来完成。结果 血浆抗坏血酸浓度在运动后2h 显著增加,比运动前升高4 倍,然后迅速降至运动前水平,肝脏中的抗坏血酸浓度的变化与血浆中相同,肾上腺中抗坏血酸浓度的变化与血浆中变化呈负相关。结论 剧烈运动后血浆抗坏血酸浓度的变化主要由肾上腺释放所致。
Objective To study the changes of ascorbic acid (AA) in plasma in rats after a vigorous exercise and its mechanism.Methods Treadmill running was performed in exercise experiment;AA and vitamin E were analyzed by HPLC with an electrochemical detector (ECD).Result The concentration of plasma AA was significantly increased at 2 hour after the exercise,then rapidly decreased to the preexercise level.Change in the concentration of AA in the liver was similar to that in the plasma.Change in the concentration of AA in the adrenal glands was inversely related to that in the plasma.Conclusion Change of the concentration of plasma AA is mainly due to the release from the adrenal glands.
