无花果多糖对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响

EFFECTS OF FICUS CARICA POLYASCCHARIDES ON DTH IN MICE

目的 观察无花果多糖对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响。方法 将无花果多糖分别灌胃给正常小鼠、环磷酰胺抑制小鼠及应激小鼠，检测小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。结果 无花果多糖能增强正常小鼠、环磷酰胺及应激所致免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。结论 无花果多糖能增强小鼠细胞免疫功能。

Objective To observe effects of FCPS on DTH in mice.Methods FCPS was orally adiministered to normal mice,cyclophosphamide intoxicated mice and stress mice.The response of DTH in the mice's ear skin were checked.Result FCPS significantly enhanced response of DTH in normal mice, cyclophosphamide-intoxicated mice and stress mice. Conclusion FCPS could enhance cellular immune reaction.
