摘要
目的探讨深静脉置管患者并发症特点,并提出护理对策。方法给予50例需要长期输液的患者实施深静脉置管术,分析患者发生并发症情况,并提出护理对策。结果 50例深静脉置管患者一次性成功穿刺40例,再次穿刺成功7例,单侧失败改对侧穿刺3例。治疗过程发生感染2例,导管堵塞5例,导管松动脱落3例。结论深静脉置管后可发生穿刺部位感染、导管堵塞、导管松动脱落等,应合理选择穿刺静脉,加强导管留置期间的护理,严格执行无菌操作,保持导管通畅;加强患者及家属并发症的预防意识,尽可能减少或避免各种并发症的发生,从而减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective To study the characteristic of complications in the process of deep vein puncture and summarize the main points of nursing strategy.Methods 50 cases undergoing long;term intravenous infusion received deep vein catheterization.The related complications were analyzed.Results The successful puncture was implemented at one time in 40 patients and at twice in 7.3 of them received contralateral puncture because of failure in the unilateral puncture.In the process of treatment,2 cases contracted infections,5 cases had the catheter obstructed and 3 loosened.Conclusions The common complications of deep venous catheterization include infections,obstruction and occlusion of catheters.Nursing and strict aseptic operations should be emphasized in order to prevent infection.It is important to choose right veins for puncture and keep the blood vessels unobstructed.Finally,the patients and their family members should be given the awareness of complication prevention in order to reduce or avoid possibility of complications and relieve pain of patients.
