长白忍冬株间种子性状的观测与分析

Analysis on intra-specific variation of seed trait of Lonicera ruprechtiana

以吉林省集安产地的长白忍冬为材料,观测株间种子性状,结果表明:株间种子大小存在差异,长度值变动于3.0～5.0 mm之间,平均值为4.2 mm;宽度值变动于2.0～3.0 mm之间,平均值为2.8 mm。种子扁状椭圆形,发芽处微尖,一面有纵向微凸起,种皮无光泽,相对光滑,株间无差异。株间种子千粒重变化范围在4.4～6.0 g之间,平均重量为5.2 g;方差分析结果表明差异极显著(P<0.01),主要由株间遗传差异所致。种子的大小和重量有与年平均温度呈正相关、而与纬度呈负相关的趋势。

Seed traits of different Lonicera ruprechtiana were measured which collected from Jian of Jilin province.The results showed that there were significant variations in seed size among different individuals.The mean seed length was 4.2 mm,range in 3.0~5.0 mm,and the seed width was 2.8 mm,range in 2.0~3.0 mm.The seeds were flat ellipse,with lightly convex pore.The testa was matt and relatively smooth.The variation of thousand seed weight was between 4.4~6.0 g,with 5.2 g of average weight.The results of variance analysis indicated that the variation of thousand seed weight was significant（P0.01）,which might resulted from the intra-specific genetic diversity.The seed size and weight was positively related with annual mean temperature,but negatively related with the latitude.
