摘要
目的:考察进口和国产尼莫地平注射剂与常用的输液液体配伍的稳定性。方法:利用分光光度法,测定进口和国产尼莫地平注射剂在50 g/L葡萄糖和f9 g/L氯化钠注射液液体中,于18 ℃和37 ℃避光和不避光条件下,不同时间段内吸光度变化。结果:不同条件下国产与进口尼莫地平注射剂与常用输液配伍后的吸光度变化程度基本一致,认为在NaCl 溶液中6 h 内是稳定的,而在葡萄糖溶液中2 h 内稳定。
Aim: To compare the stability of import and domestic nimodipines by dissolving in 50 g/L glucose injecta and 9 g/L sodium chloride injecta under different conditions respectively. Methods: Determining the absorbance of infusion under different conditions by UV. Results: The absorbance of import and domestic infusions under the same conditions showed no obvious differences. They are stable in the sodium chloride injecta within 6 h and in the glucose injecta within 2 h. Conclusion: The average absorbance of import and domestic nimodipines shows no obvious change during different time. They owned similar stability.
