摘要
基于文献评阅,总结了我国全科医生制度所面临的主要困难,并就完善该项制度提出建议。全科医生数量不足、业务素质有待提高、有效激励机制缺失等是导致我国全科医生制度发展滞后的主要原因。因此,我国需要加强全科医生教育工作,适时推行全科医生首诊制,并提高全科医生岗位的吸引力。
Based on literature review, this article summarized main challenges for the General Practitioner(GP) system in China and put forward suggestions on improving it. The inadequacy and incompetence of GP, lack of effective incentive mechanism and supportive policies are the main reason of reducing slow development of GP system. Therefore, we should attach importance to GP education and training, treat GP system as "gate--keepers" in the health system at an appropriate time, and enhance the attraction of GP positions.
