医疗保险谈判机制构建的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on Construction of Health Insurance Negotiation Mechanism

医疗保险谈判机制在我国是个新事物,该机制构建的效果直接关系到参保者的切身利益,因此,构建该机制之前需要做全方位思考。对医疗保险谈判机制进行了SWOT分析,结果显示当前医疗保险谈判机制的劣势大于优势,机遇大于威胁,需要利用外部机会克服弱点、扭转不利因素,才能最终促进医疗保险谈判机制的发展。

Health Insurance Negotiation Mechanism （HINM） is still a new and important thing in China for insurant＇s root benefits. Thus, all the thinking is required before. This paper analyzed HINM from four aspects, such as strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat. The results show that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages and opportunities outweigh threats for HINM. HINM could not play well until an external opportunity is used to eliminate weakness and reverse the unfavorable factors.
