公立医院培训乡村医生的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Rural Doctors' Training Implemented by Public Hospital

基于公立医院进行乡村医生培训理论。郑州大学第一附属医院通过乡村医生培训,提高了当地公共卫生服务和医疗水平,并结合培训实践和成效,对今后公立医院做好乡村医生培训提出应在加大政府投入,坚持长期化、制度化建设以及将乡镇卫生院医生纳入培训体系的三个方面做出努力。

Based on the theory of rural doctors＇ training implemented by public hospital, we systematically analyze this kind of training conducted by the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University. It shows this training not only improve the local public health service, but also the medical level. Moreover, to fully improve this training, we suggest the government should make much more efforts, adhere to long term, systematic construction and the county doctors training should also be included.
