摘要
通信运营中广泛使用了自助业务终端系统,为了保障自助终端的使用效率,降低故障率尤为重要,该研究通过详细对联通公司下属营业厅自动终端故障状况进行调查分析,拟定出了故障率降低方案,并付诸实施,取得了预期效果。
Self-service business terminal system is in wide application in communications operation. It is of special significance to reduce failure rate to guarantee self-service terminals' availability factor. The present research, through careful investigation into subordinate business halls' self-service terminals failures of Tangshan Unicorn Company, develops and implement the programs to reduce failure rate, achieving the desired effect.
