摘要
工程进入大尺度复杂系统时代,需要"Ilities"研究以应对其自身及环境的变化。"Ili-ties"主要起源于工程问题,在工程实践中发展成为多维度的衡量指标、构建方法和范式,成为工程系统功效、性能和架构目标的表征。"Ilities"反映了工程建构的系统性思维,研究它对我国工程建设具有实践和理论意义。
It is necessary to study "Ilities" to confront the changes of engineering and its environments when large-scale engineering systems emerge."Ilities" originated in problems in engineering.They are multidimensional measure,method and paradigm,which represent the function,efficacy,performance and framework objectives of engineering systems."Ilities" reflects the systematic thinking of the engineering construction.A study on them has a certain practical and theoretical significance for Chinese engineering development.
