癌基因c-fos与c-jun在肠缺血-再灌注所致肾损伤中的表达

Expression of oncogene c-fos and c-jun in kidneys after intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury

目的：探讨癌基因ｃ ｆｏｓ与ｃ ｊｕｎ 在肠缺血再灌注所致远隔器官肾损伤中的作用。方法：采用肠系膜上动脉夹闭致远隔器官肾组织损伤，用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测不同时间点肾组织中ｃ ｆｏｓ和ｃ ｊｕｎ 的表达。结果：ｃ ｆｏｓ与ｃ ｊｕｎ 的表达具有一致性，两者在肾小球中表达微弱，各组间无统计学差异，而在肾髓质中则随着再灌注时间延长，其表达量逐渐增高，但是肾损伤程度以肾实质肾小球为重，肾髓质为轻。结论：ｃ ｆｏｓ与ｃｊｕｎ 可能参与了远隔器官肾损伤的防护与修复，是肾不均匀损伤的原因之一。

Objective:To investigate the potential role of oncogene cfos and cjun in kidneys after intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury.Methods:Using a rat model of intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury,expressions of cfos and cjun in kidneys were assayed by the immunohistochemical ABC method.Results:After reperfusion,expression of cfos was consistent with cjun.Both of them were expressed intensively in medulla along with prolongation of reperfusion,while they expressed weakly in glomerulus.Furthermore,the extent of injury in glomerulus was more serious than that in medulla.Conclusions:The oncogene cfos and cjun may be involved in the process of tissue repair and regeneration secondary to renal injury.
