Quantitative Analysis of JS 399-19 by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

建立了一种测定氰烯菌酯含量的反相高效液相色谱分析法。结果表明:测定结果的变异系数为0.077%,标准偏差为0.019,平均回收率为100.4%,进样量与峰面积之间的线性相关系数为0.9997。

This paper established a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC） method for the quantitative analysis of JS 399-19 content.The results showed that the variation coefficient of the testing results was 0.077%,the standard deviation was 0.019,the average recovery rate was 100.4%,and the linear correlation coefficient between the tested sample volume and the chromatogram peak area was 0.9997.
