对甲酚与邻甲酚对斑马鱼的联合毒性研究 被引量:3

摘要 以静水法测试了对甲酚与邻甲酚对斑马鱼的单一和联合急性毒性,并以毒性单位分析法和Marking相加指数法对其联合毒性效应类型进行了判定。试验结果表明,对甲酚和邻甲酚的单一毒性均为中毒,前者的毒性大于后者。Marking相加指数法和毒性单位分析法对两者的联合毒性作用的评价结论一致:等毒性配比下,对甲酚与邻甲酚的联合毒性在247、2和96 h均为协同作用,在48 h为相加作用。 The single and joint acute toxicities of P-cresol and O-cresol to zebrafish(Brachydanio rerio) were examined by using the static water method,and the type of joint toxic effect was determined with the methods of toxic unit analysis(TU) and Marking's additive index(AI).The results showed that the single acute toxicity of both P-cresol and O-cresol was moderate,and the toxicity of the former was greater than that of the latter.The joint toxicity assessment conclusions had no difference between TU method and AI method: under the condition of equal toxicity proportioning,the joint toxicity of P-cresol and O-cresol was synergistic at 24,72 and 96 h,and additive at 48 h.
