阐述快乐管理的概念,分析快乐管理的三大构成要素,把快乐管理理念融入到图书馆的管理工作中,探讨高校图书馆快乐管理模式,促进馆员积极心理培养,提升主观幸福体验。
This article introduces the concept of happy management,analyses three elements of happy management,claims we should apply happy management concept to library management,discusses the university library happy management mode,in order to improve libraran＇s active psychology training and to promote subjective well-being experience.
