摘要 为研究和评价鄱阳湖枯水期有机污染物状况,建立了固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定水中有机污染物的分析方法.利用XAD-2和XAD-7树脂富集、气相色谱/质谱法分析测定了鄱阳湖枯水期水样中有机污染物,共检出污染物98种,其中属于美国联邦环保总署(EPA)和中国国家环保总局规定的优先控制有机污染物17种. To study and evaluate the current levels of organic pollutants in Poyang lake in low water season, a method for extraction and determination of organic compounds in water samples was found. The organic compounds in water samples were extracted with XAD-2 and XAD-7 mixed resin and determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. In the samples,98 organic pollutants were detected and 17 were the preferentially controlled organic pollutants.
