摘要
本研究采用组织承诺和工作满意度量表对全国6所高职院校864名教职员工进行测量,以了解高职院校教职员工组织承诺与工作满意度现状并探讨两者之间的关系。研究结果表明:高职院校教职员工组织承诺和工作满意度处于中等水平;工作满意度及各个维度与组织承诺及各个维度间存在不同程度的相关关系;管理人员工作满意度与组织承诺水平显著高于专职教师;民办院校教职员工工作满意度与组织承诺水平显著低于公办院校。
This paper uses the organizational commitment and work satisfaction scale and investigates 864 staffs from 6 higher vocational colleges,in order to know their current situation and discuss the relationship between the organizational commitment and work satisfaction.The research result shows that their organizational commitment and work satisfaction is in middle level.There are some different relationships between work satisfaction,with its various dimensions and the organizational commitment,with its dimensions.The level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of manager is significantly higher than full-time teacher.The level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of staff in private higher-vocational college is significantly lower than staff in public higher vocational college.
