摘要
Objective In order to establish tumour cell line and screen anticancer drugs. Methods We froze cell line in liquid nitrogen container with 10% glycerin. Some of them were kept more than 15 years. Results Cell livability rate arrived at 80%～90% after anabiosis. Conclusion Our cell store is suitable to offer cell line for scientific research and for complete task of investigation.
