硫辛酸联合神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Effect of ipoic acid and nerve growth factor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的研究硫辛酸联合神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将96例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为实验组50例及对照组46例,两组均予以常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用硫辛酸和神经生长因子,4周后比较两组的临床疗效及神经传导速度改善情况。结果两组临床症状和神经传导速度均有所改善,实验组显效率和神经传导速度增加幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of ipoic acid and nerve growth factor on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods Ninety-six patients with DPN were divided into experimental group（n=50） and control group（n=46）.Patients in control group received routine therapy,and those in experimental group received routine therapy plus ipoic acid and nerve growth factor.Clinical therapeutic effect and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups 4 weeks after treatment.Results The clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity were significantly improved in both groups after treatment.The improvement in clinical therapeutic effect and nerve conduction velocity was significantly better in experimental group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined ipoic acid and nerve growth factor is rather good for DPN.
