美国G5振动排痰机对全机器人冠脉搭桥术后患者肺部护理的作用

Role of American G5 chatter expectoration machine in nursing for lung of patients after total coronary bypass with robots

目的分析美国G5振动排痰机在全机器人冠脉搭桥术后老年男性患者肺部护理中的作用。方法回顾性分析我科2007年7月至2011年7月收治的全机器人心脏冠脉搭桥术后50岁以上老年男性患者病例资料。结果 70例患者平均年龄58.7岁,随机分为手工叩背和排痰机振肺两组。两组的排痰量、血气分析结果及住院天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排痰机能有效提高全机器人冠脉搭桥术后患者的排痰效果,对促进患者恢复有较好疗效。

Objective To analyze the role of American G5 chatter expectoration machine in nursing for lung of old male patients after total coronary bypass with robots.Methods Clinical data about the patients at the age of over 50 years who underwent total coronary bypass in our hospital from July 2007 to July 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 70 patients at a mean age of 58.7 years were randomly divided into manual percussion expectoration group and chatter expectoration group.The expectoration volume,blood gas and hospital stay time were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion G5 chatter expectoration machine can promote the recovery of patients after total coronary bypass with robots by improving their expectoration.
