Dongguan-Guangzhou Iinter-city Automatic Assembly Line Prefabricated Pipe Segment Technology

莞惠城际GZH-6标段管片厂预制项目,采用国内先进的自动化流水线生产,生产效率高,模具的利用率较传统的固定式也大为提高,成本相对减少。但是自动化流水线对相关设备、各工位操作人员要求较高,任何一个环节出现问题,都可能导致整个流水线的停止,从而影响生产。结合了莞惠城际轨道项目GZH-6标预制管片的生产实例,总结了生产过程中技术与经验,供广大同行参考。

The prefabrication of pipe segment on Dongguan-Guangzhou inter-city railway section of GZH-6 is produced with domestic advanced automated assembly line with high production efficiency, higher utilization rate of die and lower cost. But automatic assembly line exerts higher demands on relevant equipment and respective operator, problem in any chain may halt the whole line thus affect production. The article, in combination with Dongwan-Guangzhou inter-city automatic assembly line prefabricated pipe segment production, summarizes the experience which may serves as reference for fellow workers.
