66例慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Curative Effects in the treatment of 66 Cases with Chronic Primary Thrombocytopenic Purpura

将 66例慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组 (自拟理血升板汤加大剂量维生素C) 36例、对照组 (单用大剂量维生素C) 30例作疗效对比观察。结果 :治疗组显效 6例 ,良效19例 ,进步 8例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 91.7% ;对照组良效 7例 ,进步 11例 ,无效 12例 ,总有效率60 0 %。见效时间治疗组 8.36天 ,对照组 17.33天。

Sixty six cases with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group(n=36)treated with self made Blood regulating and Thrombocyte increasing Decoction and a large dosage of vitamin C,and control group (n=30)treated with only a large dosage of vitamin C.Curative effects showed,in treatment group,marked effect in 6 cases,good effect in 19 cases,improvement in 8 cases and ineffectiveness in 3 cases,and the total effective rate being 91.7%;while in control group,good effect in 7 cases,improvement in 11 cases and ineffectiveness in 12 cases,and the total effective rate being 60.0%. The effects began after 8.36 days in treatment group and 17.33 days in control group.
