摘要
Fifty cases with chronic granulocytic leukemia were treated differentially in accordance with different Western and Chinese medical stages.In chronic stage,it was treated with Liver clearing and Stasis dispersing Decoction,indirubin and α-interferon;in acceleration stage,it was treated with Yin nourishing and Toxin resolving Decoction and hydroxyurea;in acute stage,it was treated with Yin nourishing and Stasis resolving Decoction and combined chemotherapy.Results:the effective rate in chronic stage was 98% and 80% in acceleration stage;the incidence of becoming acute within 5 years was 16%,and the survival time was over 6 months.In chronic stage,the medium survival time was over 72 months and the survival rate within 5 years was 80%.Compared with former data,the effect in the cases treated with integrated medicine of Chinese and Western was better than that in the cases treated with simple Western medicine.
