基于SWOT分析的福建省文化旅游发展对策研究

Countermeasures for development of Fujian cultural tourism based on SWOT analysis

在简述福建省文化旅游发展历史和现状的基础上,引入SWOT分析模型,对福建省发展文化旅游的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,提出新时期福建省文化旅游的发展应发挥政府的主导作用、确保文化旅游的可持续性、增加文化旅游投入、提高旅游从业人员素质、协调内外环境以应对竞争、明确目标市场和营销理念等对策。

The SWOT analysis model is introduced to analyze cultural tourism development in Fujian Province in terms of the strengths ,weaknesses ,opportunities and threats ,based on a review of its development history and status ,meanwhile the countermeasures are proposed in the regards of giving full play to the government＇s role, ensuring the sustainability of cultural tourlsm,increasing cultural tourism investment, improving tourism operators quality, coordinating internal and external environment to cope with competition, and clearing target market and marketing ideas.
